YOGA Relaxation and well-being

During the class, yoga exercises are performed with gentle, effective and dynamic Hatha yoga. There are also influences from other forms of yoga, e.g. Iyengar and Ashtanga.
Yoga is for you, if you want to take good care of your body, reduce stress or are interested in spiritual growth.

Shindo

Shindo is a body workout method that includes relaxing stretches and treatments. ​

The method is based on six basic stretches and variations that enhance and soften them that teach you to listen to your own body. Exercises and breathing can help you relax and relieve physical and mental tensions. Shindo also helps you find your own balance and centre line. During stretching classes, it is as if you are sitting by your body asking what it has to do. What makes the lessons special is that the counsellor will support the movements and help the stretcher find the most appropriate way to stretch their body. Deep breathing and calm stretches help relieve stress, remove circular feelings and release you to the current moment. Shindo is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Relaxation classes​

Relaxation has many positive health effects. For instance, it lowers heart rate, blood pressure and reduces stress. Relaxation relieves muscle tension and helps with recovery. The skill is also helpful in falling asleep. In addition, it improves concentration and creativity.
